The frozen food business has two rice cooking lines, a 20-kettle line and a 50-kettle line, and can handle a wide range of products, including not only white rice and vinegared rice, but also cooked rice with ketchup and other ingredients, and rice steamed in a seiro (Japanese cooking stove).
In addition, the factory can complete a series of operations up to the completion of the product, such as cooking and molding of ingredients. The finished products are then packaged and merchandised individually.
We can also handle small-lot OEM orders, flexibly accepting orders as small as 10,000 onigiri, 20,000 inari, and 60,000 shari-tama (rice balls). Please feel free to contact us to discuss the development of original onigiri and how we can respond to sudden demand.
