現在、1日に約70トンという日本最大級の製造量と炊飯量を保持しながらも、長年培ってきた確かな技術力と業界トップクラスの安全・安心体制により、安定した品質の商品づくりを続けています。

To this end, we utilize purchasing data collected from the market. In addition, Mitsuhashi employees visit sales outlets and other locations to collect opinions and feedback on products directly from customers, which are then fed back to the company. The data is analyzed from various perspectives for each product and utilized for new products.
