Rice Cooking Business Operations
One of the largest rice cookers in Japan. High technology and thorough quality control
The Rice Cooking Division sells a variety of products such as gohan, sharitama, and inari made from safe rice carefully selected in-house to supermarkets, restaurants, and other customers.
While maintaining one of Japan's largest production and rice cooking volumes, currently about 70 tons per day, the division continues to produce products of stable quality thanks to its solid technological capabilities cultivated over many years and an industry-leading safety and security system.
Furthermore, under the slogan of "Value-added Value Creation Provider of Rice," we also plan and propose products that meet the needs of our customers. We always provide meticulous support with the belief that we would like to revitalize our business in a tripodal relationship with our customers.
product planning
Our desire to "let customers know how good Mitsuhashi Rice tastes" and to "deliver products that are both familiar and valuable" underpins Mitsuhashi Rice's product development.
To this end, we utilize purchasing data collected from the market. In addition, Mitsuhashi employees visit sales outlets and other locations to collect opinions and feedback on products directly from customers, which are then fed back to the company. The data is analyzed from various perspectives for each product and utilized for new products.
